Dr. Ciarrin Covington-Sailer

Hi everyone, my name is Dr. Ciarrin Covington-Sailer. All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has been my second home from the age of five when my mother Dr. Raeanna Covington started this practice 1999. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of North Dakota. I then went on to fulfill my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021. Veterinary medicine fulfills a lifelong dream to work with and care for animals. In doing so, I hope to improve the human condition by fostering the human-animal bond. I enjoy advancing my knowledge in the field of veterinary medicine with special personal interests in cardiology and dermatology. I believe it is crucial to continually grow in my education to be able to provide the best quality care to my clients and their beloved furry companions.

I am married to my high school sweetheart Dr. Luke Sailer, who is employed at Perham Family Dentistry. Together we have two beautiful little girls. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and being active outdoors!

Dr. Darl Enga, DVM

From Rugby, ND. Graduated from Iowa State University and worked at practices in South Dakota, Tennessee, North Dakota and now Minnesota. Darl likes hunting and fishing, gardening and playing country music on his guitar.

We recently semi-retired and moved to this area and are doing part-time and relief work. We met in school and are very good at working together! Coming to this area was not planned – Darl was looking on Craigs list for a snowmobile and a place for sale came up as a fluke and here we are!

Amy Corneliusen

Amy is from Alexandria, MN. I graduated from Ridgewater College with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in the fall of 2020. Amy began at All Creatures as an intern and started working full time after she finished college.

Amy’s had several different pets growing up which is where her love for animals and interest in the veterinary field began. Amy has four horses, three dogs, and one barn kitty. In Amy’s free time she enjoys being with family and friends, riding horse, and exploring outdoors.

Krista Dahn

Krista began working as a veterinary technician in July 2002. She graduated with an associates of applied science in veterinary technology in the summer of 2012. Krista recently moved to the Perham area with her husband, Ryan, their three kids, Josh, Liz and Abi, 4 dogs, 2 horses and one old kitty named Dill. In her free time she enjoys gardening, teaching her kids about the outdoors, camping and riding horses. Krista has worked in a variety of clinics through the years, including a high volume, low cost spay/neuter clinic through the humane society of the twin cities and several small animal practices in the south metro area. Her favorite part of being a technician is client education. She feels the more people know about their pets the better care they will be able to provide for them. She really enjoys the clients at All Creatures and is so happy to be a part of the team.

EVA Baron

Eva graduated from high school in 2019 and attended Ridgewater College in Willmar , MN and graduated with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology in August 2021. Eva is from Wadena Minnesota. Eva has always cared for animals from a young age. She accepted a position at the end of her internship with All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in the summer of 2021. She is so grateful for doing what she enjoys to do, and that is caring for all animals.

Rachelle Kern

Rachelle Kern has always had a soft spot for animals. As a little girl she would always surprise her mother with strays of all kinds. Rachelle was an Assistant Manager for seven years at Headwaters Animal Shelter and now continues to love and support animals at All Creatures Veterinary in Perham. Rachelle likes bonfires, camping, riding horses. and playing with her dogs and cats. She loves to spend her free time with her family and building memories with her grandchildren.

April Fritchman

April is from the town of Richville, Minnesota. In 2006, she graduated from Ridgewater College with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. For the past 15 years, she has remained passionate and devoted with assisting in surgeries. April enjoys traveling, but in her free time she loves camping with her son and husband. She is a pet owner of a cat and dog.

Emma O’Boyle

Since 2015, I have worked in the animal world and for the past 8 years submerged myself with the Marshmallow Animal Shelter. My passion is for all animals big or small, particularly dogs. My boyfriend Mike and I live in Perham where we have 1 cat and 3 pit bull mixes. I love to travel, hike, and spend my time with my family and friends.

Isabel Ellingson

My name is Isabel Ellingson, and I am originally from Gladstone, OR, but have lived in Minnesota since 2013. I have 5 siblings and have a labrador retriever named Daisy and nine cats! I enjoy spending time with my animals, four wheeling, hunting, fishing, ice skating, and going to demo derbies. I am currently working as a Veterinary Assistant and hope to further my education to become a veterinarian some day. I have always loved animals and l enjoy pursuing a career where I can take care of them every day.
